HOSTED SOLUTION DEPLOYMENT
Most clients prefer us to host their Digital Ink solution for them.
We can implement a bespoke client environment including bespoke form
development in just 1 week.
The deployment will include all solution elements including the
deployment of the Digital Ink desktop software to each pen user
location, the set-up and configuration of all user accounts on the
web-based portal and the set-up of all pen hardware.
The Digital Ink portal can be tailored to your individual needs
including the option to re-brand the portal with your corporate brand
and identity.
All hosting services are supported from our privately owned data
centre based in Cheshire in the UK. The service level that we
achieve via our hosted solution is a sub 15 second form delivery time.
client side SOLUTION DEPLOYMENT
If you would prefer to host your own Digital Ink solution then we can
usually implement a bespoke client environment including bespoke form
development in 2 to 3 weeks.
The client-side Digital Ink portal can be configured in exactly the same
way as the hosted-portal providing the option to re-brand the portal
with your corporate brand and identity.
