STAGE 1 - INFORMATION CAPTURE

A DigitalInk pen is used to complete the paper-based form.

STAGE 2 - INFORMATION TRANSFER VIA MOBILE DEVICE

DigitalInk pen sends the hand-written data to the users mobile phone via Bluetooth™

STAGE 3 - INFORMATION TRANSFER TO HEAD OFFICE

DigitalInk data is transferred to head office via users mobile service provider.

STAGE 4 - INFORMATION CONVERSION

DigitalInk Server converts the hand written form into two separate output files:

1. A PDF Form (the equivalent of a 200 dpi scanned copy)
2. A Data Record (XML) for re-use / upload to other system

STAGE 5 - INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION & RE-USE

Option 1:
Form returned by email containing the completed form & data

Option 2:
Form delivered into a web-based validation queue where the handwriting recognition can be verified before being stored locally or into a Document Management Solution.

Option 3:
Form delivered into a Document Management Solution directly with no manual data validation.
