VERIFY YOUR FORMS IN SECONDS
Digital Ink provides the end user with a really simple to use form review tool.  This tool is contained within the web-based portal and allows users to view, update and store forms.

When a user opens a form the default view will present the user with the hand-written version of the form.  The user can toggle between this view and the data version of the form by simply clicking the Control Key on their keyboard.

When in the data view the user is able to correct any mistakes that may have occurred during the hand-writing recognition phase of processing and save the form.

Once a form has been verified and saved the Digital Ink system will pass the XML data from the form to any other business system that you require.

It's that simple.

FORMS THAT DON'T NEED TO BE VERIFIED
Not all forms need to be verified of course.  If you have forms that you would prefer to have uploaded to your other business system the instant they arrive that's no problem.

We have a series of user-configurable data handling options that we have built into Digital Ink for your convenience.

Using a really intuitive graphical menu you can choose to export data from your forms based upon events such as when the form arrives or when a user has verified it.

Additionally what you choose to do with a form (and it's data) is entirely up to you.  By setting a few parameters you could quickly and easily configure a form to have it emailed to several key personnel on arrival. 

You may also want to store the forms PDF file and the XML data from the form to another solution.  This too can be automated using simple set-up parameters.
