DigitalInk pen sends the hand-written data to the users mobile phone via Bluetooth™

STAGE 3
INFORMATION TRANSFER TO HEAD OFFICE

DigitalInk data is transferred to head office via users mobile service provider.

STAGE 4
INFORMATION CONVERSION

DigitalInk Server converts the hand written form into two separate output files:

 A PDF Form (the equivalent of a scanned copy)
XML Data Record (for data loading – see stage 5)

STAGE 5
INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION

DigitalInk solutions can be tailored to upload the captured data into any back-office solution. We also have a range of modules that can automatically distribute information to the correct mobile sales and service personnel for a given customer account.
