Pen & Paper Technology
Digital Ink is based on good old-fashioned pen and paper.

A Digital Pen is used to capture hand written notes and drawings from the paper form via a tiny camera and this information is transferred back to head-office in real-time.

The paper forms include a series of tiny dots that are almost invisible to the naked eye. These dots tell the pen exactly what the user is writing on each area of the form.

When the user has finished the form Digital Ink will send an exact replication of the ink hand-written notes applied to the form onto the form design and merge these into a PDF file directly to Digital Ink Web Portal.

Digital Ink can connect to most Bluetooth™ phones and communicate data back to head office via the users mobile phone network.

If you are working in an office environment, data can be transferred by docking the pen into the USB cradle supplied.  The pen then uploads completed form data via the laptop and this can be shared across your organisation.

Digital Ink can also connect to our wireless Bluetooth router (similar to a Wi-Fi router) which can be implemented in your office. 

Data can be transferred without the need for any mobile handset or USB cradle and the router has a range of 50 meters so it is flexible enough for most busy office environments.
