what is the digital ink portal?
The Digital Ink portal is used to store and display completed form data to the pen operator
(or any other user such as an administrator at head office).
The portal will display a form 15 seconds after completion in the field and allows the user to verify the data recognised by the digital pen, update any errors in the data before saving the form locally.

FORM MANAGEMENT
The portal provides the user with a inbox that stores forms in an
orderly table. The user can search for a particular form within
the table or select a form as it arrives from the field:
The Inbox
The user simply selects the form that they wish to review, the user can
then click the <Control> key on their keyboard to toggle between
hand-written view and the captured data view of the form.
The user can then update any form field values quickly and easily
online. A full audit trail of changes is maintained for changes
applied online, or via the Digital Ink pen.
